No Lost Ticket Sales and Minimal Overhead

Providing tickets exclusively to our members won’t impact your sales like a free ticket giveaway would. Our membership system ensures that only our subscribed members can receive tickets. We specifically target individuals who are unfamiliar with small venues and artists but are eager to connect with those communities or simply looking for an easy night out. The tickets given to our members come from outside your regular pool of customers who frequent smaller artists.
Participation requires minimal effort from your team and involves limited cost. The additional attendees we bring to your venue come with negligible overhead, as the basic costs of running the event are already covered. The process is designed to be simple and hassle-free for you, ensuring a seamless experience.

Here’s how it works:

1. Monthly Planning: Before the start of each month, we’ll ask for a list of upcoming shows you’re confident will have leftover tickets and the number of tickets you’d like to supply us with. We’ll work together to agree on a baseline amount that fits your venue’s capacity and needs.
2. Real-Time Adjustments: Throughout the month and even hours before the show, you can send us additional tickets if it becomes clear you’ll have remaining capacity.
3. Member Selection: We’ll send this list of concerts to our members, who will then select the shows they’d like to attend.
4. Will-Call Collection: On the day of the show, we’ll send you a list of names. Our members will go to will-call to collect their pass/ticket.

We are an early-stage startup and would like to partner with you to ensure this venture is profitable for all parties.

To help us better iterate our product, we would like to collect data on your bar, ticket, and merchandise sales. In return, we will provide you with monthly reports detailing changes in your in-house revenue streams and metrics showing our impact on your sales.
